We are seeking Litigation Paralegals to join our team in Chicago full-time. The job will require working hand-in-hand with the firm’s lawyers and administrative staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle filings in Federal and state courts
• Cite-check, proof, and finalize legal documents
• Assist with drafting motions, affidavits, discovery, and pro hac vice applications
• Coordinate service of summonses and subpoenas
• Prepare and deliver courtesy copies

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Litigation Paralegal experience
• Bachelors degree and Paralegal certificate
• Proficiency with e-filing systems (PACER, CM/ECF)
• Ability to conduct legal research (i.e., familiarity with Westlaw and LexisNexis)
• Experience with Bluebook citation
• Excellent verbal and client service skills

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000. Compensation also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
