Summary of Position:
The Paralegal will play a vital role in our dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This individual will be responsible for managing various legal tasks, with a primary focus on contract management, including review and negotiation. Additionally, the role involves assisting with corporate governance matters and litigation support. Duties & Responsibilities:- Administer Contract Management System (LinkSquares), including system training, overseeing processes and ensuring contracts have the appropriate naming conventions
- Monitor and manage the group electronic mailbox and contract signature process
- Facilitate revisions and analysis of basic contracts for changes (redlining), collaborating with General Counsel on legal terms
- Conduct legal review and negotiation of contracts, with experience level determining involvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to ensure their legal needs are met
- Interact directly with clients on contract-related matters
- Assist General Counsel with coordination of corporate governance matters, policy review, drafting presentations and assisting with litigation
- Performs other duties as assigned to ensure effective operation of the department and the company

Minimum Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree required; law degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- Non-lawyers must have at least 3 years supporting lawyers or legal teams in an in-house setting; licensed attorneys do not need previous experience but must be willing to perform administrative
- Must have experience with contract management and contract management systems
- Experience with healthcare law including business associate agreements and HIPAA a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients, senior executives, sales teams, and business partners
- Proven ability using data and analytics to inform and influence decision-making
- Willingness to be accountable for business deliverables
- Minimal travel up to 10% of the time
