Paralegal

Kingsmarque Developers Pvt. Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented and methodical Paralegal to support its land banking, real estate transactions, and title intelligence operations. The role involves legal documentation review, property due diligence support, statutory research, and coordination with internal teams and external counsels to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, analysing, and organising property title documents, revenue records, and registration extracts.
• Prepare structured document checklists, summaries, and notes for title due diligence exercises and internal legal reports.
• Track and manage the flow of documents between clients, advocates, government offices, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation and collation of materials required for legal opinions, title reports, and transaction closures.
• Conduct legal research on land laws, property regulations, stamp duty, registration requirements, and related compliance matters.
• Summarise relevant statutes, rules, circulars, notifications, and judicial precedents for internal reference and decision-making.
• Assist in monitoring timelines, milestones, and status updates for ongoing legal, documentation, and due-diligence matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
• Working knowledge of property laws, land records, registration processes, and basic corporate compliance frameworks.

Skills Required

• Strong legal drafting, documentation, and file management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and summarize legal documents, agreements, and statutory provisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Clear communication, professional correspondence, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency IN English and Kannada

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 per year
