Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery, preparation of trial documents and assisting at trial.
- Conduct legal research and compile data for use in briefs and other filings.
- Prepare exhibit binders for mediations, arbitrations and trial
- Draft meet and confer letters
- Order, review and summarize medical records
- Retain experts and prepare expert designations
- Schedule depositions, hearings, defense medical exams
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for meetings, depositions, and court appearances

Qualifications
- Paralegal Certification
- 2 plus years of hands-on experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Requires thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.
- Computer proficiency including typing proficiency.
- Strong organizational, research, clerical, and proofreading skills.
- Experience in civil law is a must; familiarity with personal injury litigation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE. BENEFITS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE INTERVIEW.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
