About the Role

Aakhan Law & Legal Advisory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support our growing legal team in Doha. You will work closely with experienced legal professionals handling corporate matters, contracts, compliance, and client documentation. We value accuracy, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Conduct legal research on corporate, labor, and commercial law matters
• Organize and maintain case files, client records, and legal documentation
• Draft and review basic legal correspondence and notices
• Support compliance and regulatory filing requirements
• Coordinate with clients, government offices, and internal departments
• Track deadlines, court dates, and documentation submissions
• Assist in due diligence and contract review processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Familiarity with legal documentation and corporate law basics
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
