We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support across a wide range of legal practice areas, including estate planning, probate law family law, personal injury law, and litigation. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case preparation and strategy.
- Assist with legal drafting, proofreading, transcription, and document review to ensure accuracy and compliance with court standards.
- Manage legal case files and documents efficiently within document management systems ; maintain organized filing systems.
- Support attorneys with project management tasks related to estate planning, litigation, contracts, and other practice areas.
- Perform data entry and clerical duties including filing, document management, and maintaining case records in compliance with firm policies.
- Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses as needed for case development; prepare summaries for attorney review.
- Provide administrative support including phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to facilitate seamless office operations.
Experience
- Prior paralegal experience in a law office setting is required; familiarity with multiple practice areas such as estate planning, probate and conservatorships, civil litigation family law is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with legal research tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Experience using document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading and transcription abilities are essential.
- Effective interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette to support client interactions.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
