Job Description:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director, Legal & GRC.
  • Support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities and initiatives.
  • Maintain legal records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist in corporate governance matters, including board and committee support.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and methodologies.


Qualification & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (in-house or law firm).
  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, including familiarity with legal drafting conventions, and fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract lifecycle management systems.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in legal work.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
