Job Description:

Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws and regulations.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Director, Legal & GRC.

Support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities and initiatives.

Maintain legal records, documentation, and filing systems.

Assist in corporate governance matters, including board and committee support.

Familiarity with legal research tools and methodologies.
Qualification & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (in-house or law firm).

Bachelor’s degree in law.

Proficiency in Arabic, including familiarity with legal drafting conventions, and fluency in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract lifecycle management systems.

Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in legal work.

High attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
