Paralegal (Arabic Speaking)

Based in Dubai, the new recruit will advise clients on a diverse range of local company commercial matters within the UAE including Free Zones and help review commercial contracts.

What you will be doing

• Advising on a wide range of company secretarial matters.
• Advising on the incorporation of entities within the UAE.
• Assisting on drafting commercial agreements.
• Assisting on drafting and amending memorandum and articles of association.
• Advising on employment law.

The new recruit will also be responsible for:

• Building, maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Assisting on complex due diligence exercises.
• Pro-active participation in marketing initiatives.
• Participating in firm-wide and departmental training sessions.
• Assisting with training and development of junior legal staff.
