Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our clients legal and development teams in managing commercial leases, property transactions, and related documentation. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and coordination across all real estate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and process real estate contracts, leases, and amendments
- Coordinate closing documentation, title reviews, and due diligence for acquisitions or sales
- Maintain lease databases, key date trackers, and transaction records
- Conduct property research and ensure regulatory and zoning compliance
- Facilitate document execution and approvals across internal and external stakeholders
- Manage business licenses, filings, landlord communications, and insurance certificates
- Support Development, Finance, and Operations teams on real estate matters
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a real estate or corporate paralegal
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, purchase agreements, and title review
- Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
