Key Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Legal Department Manager.
  • Follow up and coordinate all title deed procedures including sales, transfers, mortgage releases, citizenship annotations, VAT exemptions, and other related processes.
  • Organize and execute all notary-related procedures such as certification, notarization, and official document handling.
  • Track, circulate, and follow up on all incoming and outgoing legal correspondences such as notifications, warnings, and official letters to ensure timely action by relevant parties.
  • Manage ERP and accounting processes related to the Legal Department, including service invoices, expenses, payments, and budget controls.
  • Coordinate and track power of attorney requests received periodically or upon demand, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Oversee and maintain archiving processes, ensuring that all legal documentation is properly organized, updated, and accessible.
  • Support the legal team in the contract signing and documentation process, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and accurate record keeping.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar paralegal or legal administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of title deed and notary procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative and professional attitude.
