Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Logistics, or a related field,
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, planning, or data management,
- Strong analytical thinking, coordination, and communication skills,
- Good command of English (both written and verbal),
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-focused,
- Team player with a structured and proactive working style,
- Familiar with digital process management and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create spot shipment requests in customer systems, share quotations with relevant teams, and ensure end-to-end process follow-up,
- Prepare daily invoice estimations, verify their accuracy, and share them with finance teams,
- Manage carrier system integration processes, monitor data flows, and resolve any technical or operational issues,
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth system integrations, data synchronization, and operational flow,
- Ensure data consistency and process synchronization between customer, warehouse, and carrier systems,
- Follow up shipment costs, quotation approvals, and invoicing processes to ensure timely completion,
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (finance, IT, operations, and warehouse teams),
- Prepare operational KPI and performance reports, keeping system data up to date,
- Contribute to digitalization, automation, and visibility improvement projects,
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit, internal control, and financial reporting processes.
