About Special Prosecution
Come join the General and Special Prosecution team of the SC Attorney General’s Office! Paralegals get to travel throughout the state and work with prosecutors and investigators to handle a variety of cases; everything from drug cases to murders, hit and runs to human trafficking. You’ll have the opportunity to work with various law enforcement agencies, different defense bars, and clerks of court across the state. On this team, you’ll be able to grow your litigation preparation skills and work alongside the prosecutors to assist in identifying and locating missing pieces of the evidence to preparing witnesses for trial.
