Paralegal/ Legal Assistant

Sobo & Sobo is now hiring an experienced Paralegal for our Milwaukee office. This position will focus on helping personal injury victims obtain the justice they deserve. Responsibilities:

• Serving as a point of contact for clients, providing information and obtaining information regarding case status and details, court dates, doctors' appointments, etc.
• Provide overall support to attorneys.
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
• Drafting/reviewing of legal documents.
• Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes.
• Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Record/store client information

Qualifications:

• Education: Paralegal Degree/Certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Injury law in WI
• Familiarity with legal research.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
