We’re looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team and play a key role in managing complex injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and litigation files from start to finish.
• Request medical records and billing and organize records.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
• Organize medical records, bills, and other case documents.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Manage calendar for attorney.
• Track case deadlines and ensure timely filings.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal, with significant litigation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and case management in Maryland courts.
• Medical malpractice experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with case/document management software and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
