Life Seasons Estate Planning, a rapidly growing, women-owned estate planning law practice, is seeking a dependable Paralegal to join our team.

This position is a part-time, in-person role, with the potential for additional, full-time hours.

About the Role:

This multifaceted position supports our legal operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, small-office environment and be excited to help build efficient systems that improve client experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

● Paralegal duties, including document preparation, assembling binders, client communication, and case file management

● Providing administrative and operational support to the legal team

Position Details:

● Type: Part-time, in-person, independent contractor (potential for more hours).

● Pay: Depending on experience/negotiable. Mid-level experience required.

● Location: Our office is located in West Olympia.

● Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (flexible within this range)
