Paralegal – Pre-Litigation and Litigation Plaintiff Personal Injury

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a fast-growing personal injury law firm, in their search for two talented Paralegals to join the team in Cheltenham, PA (Northeast Philadelphia).

Key Qualities of the Paralegal:

• Significant Industry Experience: Pre-litigation and/or litigation in personal injury law. (Firm is hiring two Paralegals—ideally one focused on pre-lit, one on litigation, or a candidate strong in both.)

• Innovative: Brings fresh ideas and creative approaches to case work.
• Confident & Disciplined: Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and decisive.
• Problem Solver: Proactive in addressing issues and moving cases forward.

• Continuous Learner: Stays current with legal practices and professional development.

Responsibilities of the Paralegal:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and managing personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial.
• Conduct legal research, gather evidence, and draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and track deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and all parties involved in cases.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience + Discretionary Bonus.
• Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical coverage, 401(k) with match after one year, 18 PTO days (increasing with tenure).

Work Environment

• Location: Cheltenham, PA (Northeast Philadelphia).
• Hybrid/Remote: Preference for in-office, but remote/hybrid candidates in the area will be considered.
