Paralegal/Case Manager

Fast-paced Personal Injury law firm looking for a Case Manager that will be the liaison between our firm and its current clients. The successful candidate will be able to understand the client’s case while maintaining the client satisfaction with our firm.

Responsibilities:

Responding efficiently and accurately to all clients
Review the case with clients and understand all details
Document case details accurately in MyCase
Reviewing and ordering medical records and police reports
Preparing and drafting a demand letter

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
Proficient in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
