Personal Injury Paralegal (Hybrid) – Car Accident Cases

Our firm is hiring an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to handle motor vehicle accident cases in a hybrid role.

We are looking for a reliable, professional paralegal who while working with theor Attorney can manage a full personal injury caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision and provide excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Handle car accident / motor vehicle accident claims
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Request, review, and organize medical records and billing
• Prepare demand packages and case summaries
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate case files
• Provide consistent, high-level client service

Required Qualifications

• Have Personal Onjury paralegal experience
• Car accident case experience required
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Fast, detail-oriented, and accountable

Preferred Qualifications (Huge Plus$)

• VA disability claims experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
