Paralegal/Case Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal/Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support across a wide range of legal practice areas, including immigration law, family law, workers' compensation law, and personal injury law. Your proactive approach will help streamline case management processes, conduct thorough legal research, draft and review documents, and assist attorneys in preparing for litigation and client consultations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise while contributing to impactful cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, proofread, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, affidavits, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation by gathering evidence through document review and data entry; support litigation efforts through detailed file organization.
  • Perform client interviews to gather relevant information while maintaining professional phone etiquette; support client communication efforts.
  • Spanish speaking capabilities is strongly preferred.
  • Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear legal drafting; strong proofreading and transcription abilities are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.
  • Legal experience is preferred but will train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.18 - $30.32 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
