Responsibilities

• Support client communication by scheduling meetings, interviewing clients for case details, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate project management tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently across complex transactional matters.
• Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining procedural law compliance.
• Support marketers in managing personal injury cases.
• Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling confidential information professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven paralegal experience with a strong understanding of procedural law and legal research techniques.
• Familiarity with various practice areas including personal injury.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence clearly and accurately.
• Effective client communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interviewing abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for document processing and data entry tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly while supporting attorneys in high-pressure situations.
• Experience supporting diverse practice areas such as personal injury law.
