Parent Relations Manager - Cranleigh Abu Dhabi

Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is seeking to appoint a professional and personable Parent Relations Manager to join our outstanding school. This is a key role within the school, responsible for leading and enhancing the parent experience, ensuring clear communication, strong engagement, and the highest standards of service across the parent community.

The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the school and its families, managing parent engagement, feedback, and communication channels, while supporting retention and fostering a strong sense of community. The role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the parent voice is heard and that the school continues to deliver an exceptional experience aligned with Cranleigh’s values and reputation for excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in a customer-facing, stakeholder engagement, or parent relations role
  • Experience within the education sector or a premium service environment is strongly preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal, Arabic is an advantage
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. iSAMS, Salesforce or similar platforms) is desirable
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Parent Engagement & Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the parent community across phone, email, and in person
  • Deliver a high-quality, welcoming, and consistent parent experience aligned with Cranleigh Abu Dhabi’s standards
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with prospective and current families
  • Lead parent engagement initiatives to ensure families feel informed, supported, and connected

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Oversee all parent communication channels, ensuring timely, clear, and consistent messaging
  • Manage and respond to parent queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Act as a liaison between parents and the school, coordinating with academic and operational teams
  • Support and enhance parent-facing events, workshops, and community initiatives

Parent Feedback & Retention

  • Lead the parent feedback process, capturing and analysing parent sentiment
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Support and drive re-enrolment processes and retention strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve the parent journey and overall experience

Administration & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, feedback, and communications
  • Oversee relevant systems and databases to ensure information is up to date
  • Support reporting on parent engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, and academic teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Support onboarding and transition processes for new families
  • Ensure all activities align with school policies and regulatory requirements
