Parent Relations & Safety Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team to support admissions, marketing, and overall safety and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Parent Relations:

• Manage and guide parents through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain student records and ensure compliance with Ministry of Education and nursery regulations.
• Build strong relationships with parents and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Marketing & Communication:

• Support marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional activities.
• Represent the nursery at community events and open days.
• Coordinate updates on the nursery’s website and social media platforms.

Safety & Staff Coordination:

• Ensure child safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Conduct regular safety checks and support staff in maintaining compliance standards.
• Assist in scheduling, attendance, and communication among the teaching and support staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a nursery, school, or educational setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of child safety and nursery compliance regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
