Parent Relationship Manager

Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business minded individual to lead our team as Parent Relationship Manager (PRM).

The PRM, also known as our sales and marketing expert, plays a crucial role in the operations of the business, focusing on parent relationship management, marketing, social media, and sales. Their primary responsibility is to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention of our parents through oversight of the Front Desk employees and sales training.

Qualifications

• Must love dogs
• Sales and Customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work within a structure, but to think and act flexibly when needed
