Parent Relationship Manager (Female)

Main Purpose:

The Parent Relationship Manager is responsible for building strong and professional relationships with parents, addressing their concerns, ensuring student retention, and enhancing overall parent satisfaction across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities1. Parent Communication & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents
• Handle parent queries and concerns in a professional manner
• Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with parents
• Ensure consistent engagement through effective communication

2. Student Retention / Withdrawal Prevention:

• Proactively contact parents who are considering withdrawing their child
• Understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with campus staff to ensure student retention
• Maintain proper follow-up on withdrawal-related cases

3. Complaint Handling & Resolution:

• Handle parent complaints calmly and professionally
• Coordinate with relevant departments (teachers/campus management) for resolution
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
• Follow up with parents after resolution to ensure satisfaction

4. Campus Visits & Monitoring:

• Conduct regular visits to assigned campuses
• Meet parents face-to-face as required
• Monitor parent satisfaction levels at campus level
• Observe on-ground issues and report them to management

5. Coordination with Management:

• Escalate serious concerns to senior management
• Share parent feedback and trends regularly
• Contribute suggestions for improving parent experience
• Work closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Minimum Master’s degree (16 years of education) required
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• Professional, confident, and presentable personality
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-handling skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations
• Willingness to travel between campuses
