Parking Lot Striping Lead / Manager (Las Vegas)

We are looking for an experienced striping professional who knows what they’re doing and wants to take a lead role in a growing company.

This is not an entry-level position.

What this role looks like:

• Perform parking lot striping (layouts, restripes, new layouts, ADA compliance, stencils, etc.)
• Be the primary operator of the striping machine
• Help train the owner and future crew members on proper striping techniques
• Assist with planning jobs, layouts, and execution
• Eventually take on a managerial / lead role as work ramps up

What we’re looking for:

• Previous parking lot striping experience required
• Comfortable running striping equipment independently
• Knowledge of layouts, spacing, ADA requirements, and best practices
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Interested in long-term growth, not just a short-term gig
