UNM Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) is dedicated to creating a welcoming and accessible campus experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. We are seeking a full-time, benefits-eligible Parking Services Representative to join our business office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of customer service experience, including working with a computer-based point-of-sale (POS) system, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting in person, over the phone, and through email or chat. You will play an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations by accurately processing transactions, resolving customer concerns, and applying established policies and procedures. Success in this position requires the ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and maintain professionalism while supporting a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend shifts based on operational needs. PATS offers a collaborative environment that values teamwork, professional development, and service excellence.

High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
