Parking Valet Lead

Under general supervision of the Parking Manager/Supervisor, the Parking Representative Lead perform a variety of job functions within the Transportation Department. The primary job functions include leading valet attendants, customer service ambassadors, cashiers, and parking enforcement officers. The Parking Representative Lead will act in accordance with departmental procedures and standards for the department’s daily operations and procedures set forth in the Transportation Services Operation manual. They'll also act as an ambassador and/or greeter for Transportation programs and services as needed. This Lead will be directly responsible for the daily job activities of staff within the Parking Representative series. They'll ensure that the operation is running effectively and efficiently throughout the course of each business day.
