Parquet Installer Technician

Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate site measurements and assessments to determine material requirements, layout plans, and installation specifications, ensuring all flooring areas are properly prepared before work begins.
• Install parquet flooring in various styles, including herringbone, chevron, and standard patterns, while following project drawings, design specifications, and industry best practices to achieve high-quality results.
• Cut, shape, and fit wood pieces with precision around walls, corners, door frames, and other obstacles using professional tools, ensuring smooth alignment, tight joints, and a flawless finish.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the project and perform thorough cleanup upon completion, ensuring the workspace is left in excellent condition and ready for client inspection.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in parquet or hardwood flooring installation
• Strong knowledge of tools, adhesives, and finishing materials
• Excellent craftsmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and according to project schedules
