Ø Partnerships: Form strategic alliances with builders, contractors, interior designers, and architects to secure new construction and renovation leads.

Ø Digital Presence: Optimize your website for lead generation with clear Calls-to-Action, offer virtual consultations, and actively collect and showcase online reviews and testimonials.

Ø Product Strategy: Consider offering diverse product lines (like eco-friendly, luxury vinyl, or engineered wood) and creating pre-packaged flooring bundles at various price points.
