Part-Time Admin Support – Hybrid (Jupiter, FL)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Admin Support professional to join our team in a hybrid work environment based in Jupiter, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily operations, maintain efficient administrative systems, and assist with guest communication and digital engagement.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and confident managing multiple tasks without needing constant direction. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing systems, communicating clearly, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks — all while benefiting from a flexible hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize the General Manager’s inbox, including drafting responses and tracking follow-ups

Respond to guest inquiries via email, social media messages, and review platforms using approved brand tone

Track and follow up on open tasks related to vendors, partnerships, projects, and internal operations

Create and maintain organized Google Drive systems including Docs, Sheets, folders, and naming structures

Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Assist with review management and reputation monitoring

Support content planning and light digital marketing efforts

Learn and utilize company systems such as Google Workspace, booking/reservation tools, POS systems, and scheduling software

Document simple workflows and identify small operational improvements

Provide occasional onsite support in the Jupiter area (mail pick-up, content days, special projects)

Requirements

Strong written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone

Highly organized and dependable with strong attention to detail

Comfortable learning new technology and software quickly (including Google Workspace and AI tools such as ChatGPT)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through without constant supervision

Customer service experience with professional communication etiquette

Computer literacy including email management, document formatting, and basic digital organization

Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting while maintaining reliability

Availability for occasional onsite work in Jupiter, FL

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Canva or similar design tools

Experience scheduling social media content

Familiarity with responding to online reviews

Basic understanding of SEO or website updates

Interest in outdoor recreation, hospitality, or eco-tourism

Compensation & Schedule

Part-Time Position

$15.00 per hour during training
$18.00 per hour after successful completion of training

Hybrid work environment (remote administrative work + occasional onsite support in Jupiter, FL)

Flexible scheduling with reliability required
