Part Time Administrative Assistant

  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and memos, with attention to detail.

Skills

  • Proficient in computer literacy, including experience with office software applications.
  • Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems to manage communications effectively.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
