Part Time Administrative Assistant

Overview
Appliance Installation company looking for part time entry level Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient office management, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor, as well as being able to work without direct supervision, as this is a remote position. Applicant must reside in Volusia County, FL. Bi Lingual (Spanish / English) is preferred.

Duties

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and routing
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Handle phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Utilize computer literacy skills to manage various software applications for office tasks (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Skills

  • Strong office management abilities with a focus on efficiency
  • Proficient in data entry and typing skills for accurate record keeping
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation
  • Experience in customer support roles, demonstrating effective communication skills
  • Working with installation teams to ensure timely and efficient appliance installations, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and tools
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette to maintain professionalism in all communications
