Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Head of Sales (NA Region) and Office Manager with day-to-day office tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Respond to emails and customer inquiries
  • Assist with invoices and payment reminders
  • Create shipping labels and help prepare packages
  • Support basic shipping coordination
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Coordinate facility requirements with suppliers
  • Data entry and analysis

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email)
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Prior office experience is a plus
  • Bilingual preferred
