Part-Time Administrative & Clinical Support Assistant

Position Title: Part-Time Administrative & Clinical Support Assistant

Location: Remote (Work from Home) with occasional in-person support required for events or trainings
Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible hours; some weekend availability required for events/trainings)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Reach out to applicants and coordinate communication
  • Collect and organize required onboarding materials
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Support and assist with training new staff as needed

Therapist & Staff Coordination

  • Communicate with therapists regarding scheduling, updates, and needs
  • Provide follow-up and ongoing support to staff

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Audit clinical notes and billing for accuracy and completion
  • Maintain organization of documentation and internal systems
  • Support compliance and operational processes

Event & Training Support

  • Assist with organizing and coordinating events and trainings
  • Provide support during events (virtual or in-person as needed)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting team priorities
  • Proactively identify areas of need and take on additional tasks or projects to support overall operations

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail, especially with documentation and auditing
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic systems

Preferred:

  • Experience in ABA, healthcare, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation or billing

Schedule & Availability

  • Part-time with flexible scheduling
  • Must be available for occasional weekends depending on events or trainings (approximately once a month or less)

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
