Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly skilled Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse to perform injectable treatments and a variety of medical spa services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in aesthetics, an eye for natural-looking results, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer dermal fillers, neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.), and other injectable treatments
• Perform a variety of medical spa treatments including laser procedures, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, assess suitability for treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in accordance with medical protocols
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Stay current with the latest techniques, products, and trends in aesthetic medicine
• Collaborate with the medical director and spa team to ensure the highest standard of care

Requirements

• Active RN or NP license in the state of Connecticut (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic setting
• Proficiency in injecting dermal fillers and neurotoxins (required)
• Hands-on experience with a broad range of medical spa treatments
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety protocols
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic eye for natural, beautiful results
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• CPR/BLS certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with aesthetic specialization
• Experience with medical weight loss programs and GLP-1 injectables
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Established clientele or local following in Fairfield County
