  • Assist in daily reconciliation of hotel revenues, including rooms, food & beverage, and other outlets, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Process and record supplier invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals are obtained, and manage accounts payable functions efficiently.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
