Part-time Associate Dentist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be committed to patient education and comfort. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and a strong understanding of dental terminology, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
• Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft for patient records management and treatment documentation.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology.
• Experience or training in oral surgery, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and dental fabrication is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
