Help Care for Our 6-Month-Old Baby - Part-Time, Flexible

About Our Family We're a family of seven with four other kids (ages 7, 5, 4, and 2) looking for someone who loves babies and thrives in a busy, lively household. Mom is home full-time running the day, but we're building a small team of trusted helpers so one person isn't carrying everything.

The Role Your primary focus is our 6-month-old - building a relationship, supporting their schedule, engaging during awake windows, offering comfort and play. You'll also be part of a full household with four other kids who are loud, energetic, and everywhere. Your job is to help execute the day while staying present with the baby, which might mean keeping the baby happy while older kids are playing nearby, or offering support during group activities in a wonderfully chaotic environment.

The baby is easygoing and on a predictable schedule. What we need: genuine comfort with babies, the ability to stay warm and calm in a busy home, and the capacity to tune in to one small person while the rest of the house is moving.

Hours & Flexibility Anywhere from 5 to 35 hours a week. Days and times are negotiable. If you're a great fit and want consistent hours, we can build that.
