Part Time Barista - Multi-location

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating a welcoming and enjoyable café experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a love for coffee, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food items while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the Toast POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
