Part-Time Bartender & Banquet/Event Staff

The DoubleTree by Hilton Appleton is looking for an energetic and service-focused team member to join our Food & Beverage team in a Part-Time Bartender & Banquet/Event role. This position supports both the hotel bar and banquet events, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment and interacting with guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages for bar guests and banquet events
• Provide friendly, attentive service while creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Set up and break down banquet rooms for meetings, weddings, and events
• Serve food and beverages during banquets and special events
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, banquet space, and service areas
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with event setup
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
