Part Time Breakfast Attendant

We are looking for a new breakfast attendant to join our team. Our breakfast attendants begin work at 6:30am and oversee our active breakfast hours from 6:30am to 9:30am. During this time the attendant will be responsible for preparing and restocking breakfast, cleaning and conversing with our guests. After we stop offering breakfast to our guests, the attendants are responsible for shutting down breakfast, cleaning and preparing for the following day. Applicants must be available from 6:30am-1:30pm Saturdays and Wednesdays. Applicants without both Saturday and Wednesday availability will not be considered for this position. This position is for 2 shifts a week.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
- Ensure that all food items are properly stocked and displayed
- Cook and serve breakfast items such as eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy
- Clean and sanitize all food preparation and serving areas
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during breakfast hours
- Close down breakfast and clean dishes/tables/serving area

-Prepare breakfast items/breakfast area for following day's use
