The Role
We are looking for a sharp, dependable part-time Business Assistant to become the operational backbone of our office. This is a hybrid role blending accounting and bookkeeping with customer communication, administrative support, and light business development work.It is a great fit for someone who is organized, numbers-driven, and enjoys variety in their day.This position starts at 4–5 hours per day, mostly remote, with 1–2 days per week in our local office for team meetings and collaborative work sessions. We will work with you to set a consistent weekly schedule that fits your availability. You will also submit a brief check-in at the start and end of each workday so we stay aligned.
