Part-Time Canva Designer – Work From Home - Mumbai

We’re hiring a part-time work-from-home Canva Designer to create simple, high-impact real estate marketing assets and post them on social media. You’ll receive Canva Pro and ChatGPT Pro access, plus clear guidance and examples. We need someone who can go beyond ready-made templates and design original flyers, posts, and reels from scratch using strong visual judgment.

What You’ll Do

• Design real estate flyers (Just Listed, Open House, Price Improvement, Under Contract, Sold, etc.) using Canva templates/brand kits.
• Use templates when appropriate and craft original layouts tailored to each property/agent.
• Create short reels (15–45s) and graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (Canva or CapCut welcome).
• Write concise captions, add hashtags, and post/schedule content (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or native apps).
• Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, layout) and follow property/agent guidelines.
• Organize assets (photos, logos, brand elements) and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Job Timings:

• Work From Home
• Part-Time from 9:00PM on-wards (3-4 hours)
• Monday to Friday (Sat-Sun week off)

What You’ll Get

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on Canva experience (templates, layers, exports, brand kits).
• Proven social media design portfolio (IG posts, stories, reels, thumbnails).
• Basic video editing for reels (trims, text overlays, transitions, music).
• Strong visual sense (hierarchy, spacing, alignment, contrast, typography).
• Good written English for short captions and on-image text.
• Reliable laptop/PC and stable internet; ability to start at 9:00 PM IST Monday–Friday.
