Part-Time Caregiver / Personal Care Aide

Assisting Families Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional caregiver to provide in-home support services for a male client in Kings Mountain, North Carolina.

This position offers approximately 13 hours per week, with preferred afternoon scheduling. The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient, and committed to helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with dressing and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Document services provided according to agency requirements

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home care, PCA, or CNA experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Must be comfortable working in a home with pets

Pets in Home:
This client has a cat, dog, and rabbit. Applicants must be comfortable around animals.

Schedule:

• Approximately 13 hours per week
• Afternoon hours preferred
