Part-Time Chiropractic Receptionist

Hope Chiropractic is looking for a part-time outgoing person to greet our amazing patients, answer phones, schedule patients and accept payments. The best fit for our team is confident, extroverted, strong at promoting, marketing, creating online ads, reliable, quick learner and high energy. You must be confident with computers, collecting money, working with children, multi-tasking and being busy. We are looking for a team member from 15 hour to 30 hours per week daytimes. If you have experience with marketing, community events, and chiropractic wellness that is a plus! If you are flexible to fill in for busy shifts on shorter notice, as well as scheduled hours that would be great. This is NOT SEASONAL nor something we can work around school schedules. Duties include:

Social media/marketing

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner

Schedule appointments

Manage and track care plans

Respond to phone calls and text messages in a prompt and professional manner

Maintain cleanliness of office

Manage records requests
