PART time cleaner

Are you reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented? We’d love to have you on our team!

Position Information:

Days and times can be somewhat flexible to accommodate independent cleaners with their own businesses looking for more work.

• 3 to 4 week days 9:30 am to 5:00 pm (or till completion of job if nessasary) and every other Saturday or Sunday (one or the other)
• Jobs located in Northville and surrounding cities within a 25-minute radius
• All supplies and equipment provided
• No office to report to in the am or pm-go straight to your job
• Hourly for one-time cleanings and average/hourly for recurring, including drive time
• Money towards gas, depending on the days worked each week
• 1099

What You’ll Do:

• Residential reoccuring cleanings-clean and tidy homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Post Construction Cleanings-clean up of construction dust and materials
• Listing/Rental Deep Cleanings-deep cleaning of listings or rentals after it has been occupied
• Airbnb Cleanings-turnover of homes including laundry for new guests
• Office Cleanings-general cleaning tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the residential or commercial cleaning field
• Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Drive to help people and make a difference
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Able to work comfortably whether or not clients are present
• Basic knoledge of cleaning tasks such as shower cleaning, kitchen cleaning and dusting and experience with cleaning products to use in these areas
• Mature personality, no dramatic or disrespectful tendencies
• Must have reliable transportation and childcare (if needed)
