Job Summary:

ECS Commercial Cleaning is seeking part-time cleaner to provide janitorial cleaning to our client in the Lancaster, PA area. Cleaning involves a wide array of areas including patient exam rooms, offices, breakrooms, bathrooms, common areas, etc. This position requires approximately 20-25 hrs a week and will be a day shift position.

Candidates must have their own vehicle to reliably transport between two job locations in Lancaster (12 minutes apart) and be able to pass a background check.

Schedule/Compensation:

Monday-Friday

8 am-2 pm (Tuesdays & Fridays)

& 10 am - 2 pm (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

20-25 hrs per week

Pay: $18/hr/bi weekly pay

Essential Functions:

• Ensure an overall detailed clean of assigned areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.).
• Detailed cleaning of floor drains.
• Clean all windows and glass.
• Clean and detail bathrooms. Bathroom cleaning focuses on sinks, urinals, stalls, walls, sinks/fixtures, ceiling vents, etc.
• Clean common areas (lobby area, break room, kitchen).
• Office cleaning (emptying trash, dusting chairs/computers, wiping down desks).
• Keep all supply closets stocked and organized. Communicate with customer as to supplies needed.
• Must be able to understand and fully complete any documentation as required by the company and/or client.
• Emptying all trash and cardboard and disposing of those items in the provided dumpster.
• Sweeping of all entrances. Salting icy areas during the winter.
• High dusting of vents throughout the building.
• Checking dock periodically for incoming orders.
• Be trained to use required work equipment safely and efficiently.

Other Requirements:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance in alignment with the company or specific location attendance policy.
• Execute all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards/procedures as set forth by the company, clients, and or regulatory authorities (OSHA).
• Communicate any structural deficiencies, safety hazards, cleanliness issues, or maintenance issues to your direct report and/or client.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform detailed cleaning in confined spaces.
