Part Time CNA 6-10PM

Granite Creek Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our awesome tight-knit team! Hiring CNAs for 6PM-10PM Shift

Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions, ensuring accurate medical documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems for effective patient management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care, particularly in long-term care and assisted living settings.
• Support patients with developmental disabilities and memory care needs, fostering a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required - New Grads Welcome!
• Proficient in basic life support and patient care
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
• Experience with EMR and EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Background in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings are a plus
• Ability to work with diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care
