Part-Time Cold Caller for Medication Compliance Audits

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable individual with a background in sales or outreach to join our team as a Cold Caller. This role will focus on contacting potential clients to introduce and schedule our Medication Compliance Audit services. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at overcoming objections, and able to communicate the value of compliance audits in assisted living and senior care settings. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to senior living communities, assisted living facilities, and care providers. Introduce and explain the purpose and benefits of our Medication Compliance Audits. Build rapport with decision-makers, answer questions, and overcome objections. Schedule appointments for follow-up conversations or consultations with our leadership team. Track all outreach efforts, conversations, and appointments in the company’s system. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach preferred. Strong communication and active listening skills. Confidence in cold calling and speaking with administrators or managers. Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
