Part-Time Content Creator – Fashion & Lifestyle (35+ Women Audience)

MissLacy is a premium fashion brand for women 35+, specializing in elegant lacewear and layering accessories. Our mission is to empower women to feel graceful, confident, and stylish while staying modest and age-appropriate.

We focus on visual-first Instagram content — Reels, carousels, and lifestyle photography — that inspires, educates, and delights our audience.

Role Overview:

We are looking for creative, visually-minded part-time content creators to produce high-quality Instagram Reels, lifestyle photos, and carousels.

The ideal candidates:

• Understand fashion for mature women
• Can style, shoot, and edit visually compelling content
• Focus on products as the hero, not personal branding

You will work together to execute our monthly content calendar, helping MissLacy maintain a consistent, elegant, and relatable feed.

Responsibilities:

• Create Instagram Reels, carousels, and lifestyle photos based on brand briefs.
• Participate in batch shooting days with other creators.
• Style and showcase products authentically — focus on product, not face.
• Deliver edited content ready for posting on Instagram.
• Suggest creative ideas within the brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Female, ideally 30–50 years old (to authentically represent the target audience).
• Comfortable on camera (partial shots, hands, torso, styling demos).
• Experience creating Instagram Reels and lifestyle content.
• Ability to style outfits/accessories and frame aesthetically pleasing shots.
• Passion for modest, elegant, and age-appropriate fashion.
• Available 10–15 hours per week for part-time work.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with DTC fashion brands or Instagram content creation.
• Owns basic equipment (smartphone with good camera, tripod, ring light).
• Portfolio of Reels or lifestyle imagery showcasing fashion or accessories.

Compensation:

• ₹1,500 per Reel (shooting + editing included).
• Opportunity to grow hours/content volume based on performance.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
